When the self-righteous, millionaire bachelorette, Dallas Knox walks into Hattiesburg’s largest night club she is looking for one thing – a one night stand with no strings attached. What she doesn’t expect is to find herself at the mercy of the Devil’s Renegades Motorcycle Club and their President-Luke Carmical.
Luke is dangerous, sexy, and dark. The life he lives is far different from the privileged life Dallas is accustomed to.
Can she accept the lifestyle of an MC?
Can she handle the domineering nature of Luke?
Or is it too late to save Dallas from the path she has chosen…

This was a great debut novel. And I’m a sucker for an MC book! Luke & Dallas are great characters. Their relationship moves fast, but in a very organic kind of way. In all honesty, the suspense was giving me a slight ulcer.
Dallas Knox is a bitch! There is no other way to describe her, but she has her reasons. She has experienced loss and heartache in such a big way and she protects herself by keeping people away and never letting them see her weaknesses. In Saving Dallas, her character has to come to terms with some truths about herself and this change in thinking is brought about by Luke Carmical.
Luke Carmical is delicious and a bit of a mystery. What we know is he’s President of the Devil’s Renegades MC and with such a title comes a lifestyle that not everyone can stomach or support. Luke gives Dallas the choice to stay or go and well, that’s all I’m going to say about that. You must read this book and experience the ride for yourself.
Mrs. Jones did a great job of explaining the MC lifestyle in a way that even the most clueless reader can understand it and get into the spirit of what an MC is all about. There are so many questions to be answered in the next book(s) and I can’t wait! While there are minor errors, I applaud Mrs. Jones for having the lady balls to self-publish and for putting herself out there. I am certain that Mrs. Jones will go far in the world of books. The sex scenes were well written and were well placed in the story and were not just gratuitous sex for sex’s sake. Descriptions of people and settings could have been a little clearer, but my imagination had no problem running with what we’re given and there wasn’t anything that left me confused. Her secondary cast is easy to love and you want to know their stories, too.
Impatiently waiting for the next one!

First off, let’s just give Mrs. Jones the round of applause that she deserves! Now, that being said, you can see by my rating that I obviously liked this book. Truth be told, it’s exemplary for a self-published author’s debut and I can assure that she will get better with time. I feel like with each chapter, she herself, grew right along with Dallas. From an editorial perspective, I felt like the characters were a little under developed and the dialogue lacked a natural flow. I gave the book a 4 because I feel that these are “maturity” issues and the obvious talent to write is there.
Dallas, the heroine and the queen bitch-boss, gets her damsel in distress moment (or DID, as I am lazy and don’t wish to continue typing that out in the future). The poor girl ends up with severe emotional whiplash when she finds herself in Luke’s arms. Honestly, I wish we would’ve had a bit more of Dallas before she met Luke. I was unsure whether to like her in the beginning, but by the end of the book I understood that I wasn’t supposed to like her. Not all heroines find themselves easily. But, then again we don’t know much about her. Yes, she was/is orphaned; yes, she is 26 and head of a real estate cooperation so obviously she has to have a somewhat dominate personality. But what about after her parents passed? College? Her previous relationships? Hmm…
Moving on, let’s talk, LLC. Luke “Fucking” Carmical. Let’s be honest- baby-blues and tattoos and then throw in a 6-pack and a Harley. Do I really need to make that any clearer? I love Luke. But the real question is why? What do I know about him? Not much more than Dallas, that’s for sure! But he hooked me. Just like her. So yeah, I get Dallas. I get the cocktail of sweet and dominate. Personality traits and club history is pretty much all we get from Luke. Fucking cliffhanger!
But… yep, there’s that word, I’m telling you our panties will hit the floor with, “Making the Cut”! I can feel it.
Saving Dallas was all about back ground and set up. Her characters are going to unleash their personalities and assault us all. Think: each character made light of the ‘world’ to Dallas, but gave their warning, that shit would hit the fan.
